Company Background
The Venn Group of Companies is a group of dynamic and forward-looking property development & construction companies headquartered in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. Ever since its beginnings, The Company has experienced exponential growth and has evolved into a well-established and highly sought-after property developer. Venn Group’s active involvement in several prestigious projects has sculpted the face of Penang and other parts of Malaysia.
The Company was incorporated on 21st October 1994 and it’s originally started up as a construction company named HYK Enterprise Sdn Bhd. located at Bukit Mertajam, Penang. HYK Enterprise Sdn Bhd was involved in several projects at Bukit Mertajam as the main contractor and slowly the company evolves its business core into a property developer known as Evergreen One Sdn Bhd. and Dellmax Cycles Sdn Bhd.
The company-owned subsidiary companies carry out various property development projects all over Kedah (Kulim) and Penang State (Balik Pulau, Bukit Mertajam, Bagan Ajam & Raja Uda).
The Company grew out of its directors’ passion for creating an environment that fosters growth and prosperity. When it started, this creative passion was expressed through building homes for growing families that were high quality yet still affordable. Venn Group has a deep understanding that the use of quality materials not only improved the property, but also the very lifestyle of the people that use it.

Team
Kevin Wong — Executive Director
As a new-age entrepreneur and a visionary, Kevin Wong shoulders the responsibility of the planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of the organization in the most innovative way. He oversees the complete operation in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans. He is also rising to the challenge of managing a corporate company, optimizing its talent pool, and driving the company’s business expansion and overall growth.
Joseph Chong Kok Wai — Project Manager
Joseph Chong is responsible for orchestrating all of Venn Group’s future developments in the real estate division. An architect in profession, Joseph is well versed in the construction industry with 20 years of invaluable experience under his belt. His role is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects the company is working on — starting with Venn Homesuite — to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule and well-executed.
Ooi Surteen — Senior Marketing Officer
Ooi Surteen is responsible for developing sales strategies, overseeing the production of all promotional materials, and marketing campaigns creatively, analytically, and even digitally. Surteen works closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, sales, and market research. She effectively leads this team in developing fresh marketing initiatives and in looking for new promotional opportunities for the company’s products and services.
Naiyarat “Earn” Luenanthapong — Business Development Manager
Naiyarat “Earn” Luenanthapong is responsible for the planning of new business initiatives, overseeing the development of marketing collaterals, identifying key business growth areas within the industry, and invoking strategies to embark on new opportunities. She is entrusted to undertake, oversee, and spearhead the Homestay Division of the company.
Khoo Hui Ching — Accounts & Finance Manager
Khoo Hui Ching monitors the company’s finances. In this capacity, she handles and oversees the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, manpower, and payroll processing. She conducts timely analysis to come up with profit-maximizing ideas and directs investment activities in her job to develop strategies and long-term financial goals for the company. She functions as business advisor to the directors and top executives and advises staff on all relevant labour and employment laws, and statutory regulations.
Shane Wong — Senior Admin Executive
Shane Wong is responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support as well as being the primary point of contact between the executives and clients in a professional and timely manner.
